A Reconfigurable Optical Add and Drop Multiplexer System (ROADM) scalable up to degree 8, based in wavelength selective switch (WSS) modules, amplification modules (double stage EDFA) combined with chromatic dispersion modules, and optical performance monitoring modules (OPM), that allow measurement of OSNR, wavelength and optical power parameters.
